VENDOR POLICIES:

  • Payment is due on date of delivery

  • All orders are subject to substitutions due to inventory

  • Minimum delivery size of 100 units. Orders less than 100 units, or upon specification, can be picked up in Wilmington, NC.

  • All orders must be placed by Saturday for Thursday delivery

Our meals are produced in New Hanover Health Department, FDA, NC Department of Agriculture and USDA compliant facilities.

VENDOR RETAILING GUIDELINES:

As a Clean Eatz vendor, you are required to follow our guidelines for storing and selling our meals:

  1. All meals must be kept in an NSF-approved freezer with a temperature under 30 degrees. We highly recommend a glass door freezer.

  2. All freezer displays must be approved by us

  3. You must use our retail display tags to label the food and follow our style-guide and marketing kit.

  4. Inspect your delivery upon arrival, no returns will be accepted once the order has been left on location

  5. Meals must be destroyed past their expiration date

  6. You grant Clean Eatz the right to inspect both the freezer and meals at any time

Clean Eatz reserves the right to refuse service or withdrawal our program at any time.
